However, they slacked off and Liverpool equalized on 34 minutes when Cody Gakpo scored a right foot shot from Mo Salahâs pass.
Salah followed with another goal 17 minutes later. Then Dominik Szovoszlai added the third and Virgil van Deal sealed the scores with a header.
Tottenham has lost the chance to move to the final and play against Newcastle.

Liverpoolâs win, âI think the stadium helped a lot. we knew we had to come backâ, he told Sky Sports.
âWe went out there and tried to bring as much as possible. With the quality we have, we know we are going to get chances. It was a great win.â
